Strategic Planning Process

Beginning in the spring semester of 2007, NMSU’s plan2plan taskforce began working to develop the university’s strategic planning process. By midsummer of 2007, the completed process was approved by the NMSU Board of Regents and President Michael Martin. (To review the work of the Plan2Plan Taskforce, click here). With the planning process now defined and in place, NMSU can move forward with its development of the overarching university strategic plan in a broadly participatory process involving constituents from across the university.
